Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the customer rewards program (the "Program") offered by Curlfriend Collective] (the "Company") on its ecommerce website (the "Site").

Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to all customers of the Site who are at least 18 years old.

1.2 The Program is only available to individuals and not to businesses or other organizations.

1.3 Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Earning Points

2.1 Customers will earn points for every dollar they spend on the Site, as well as other activities determined by the Company which are subject to change at any point in time.

2.2 The number of points earned for each dollar spent may vary depending on the promotion or offer.

2.3 Points will be credited to the customer's account within 24 hours of the purchase.

2.4 Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards or on any taxes or fees associated with the purchase.

2.5 Points cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.

2.6 The Company reserves the right to audit all customer points.

Redeeming Points

3.1 Customers may redeem their points for freebies or other rewards offered by the Company.

3.2 The rewards available and the number of points required to redeem them may vary depending on the promotion or offer.

3.3 Customers may redeem their points at any time by logging into their account on the Site.

3.4 Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.6 Rewards may expire at any time. Rewards expirations are at the discretion of the Company.

Termination of the Program

4.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

4.2 In the event of termination, all outstanding points will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for rewards.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

5.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure their compliance with the current terms.

General

6.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Company with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

6.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state or country].

6.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.4 The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

6.5 These Terms and Conditions are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of both parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Curlfriend Coins Reward Program:

Our rewards program is open to all customers of Curlfriendcollective.com. Customers will earn coins for every dollar spent on the site and will be credited to the customer's account within 48 hours of the purchase. 

Additional coins may be earned outside of product purchase, but are limited to (a) 1 review submission per order; (b) 2 written reviews per week; (c) 2 photo reviews per month. All reviews must be unique in text/image to qualify for coins. We reserve the right to moderate the amount of points given and coins received based on review submissions at our discretion in conjunction with these terms.

Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards or on any taxes or fees associated with the purchase.Points cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold and are not eligible for purchases made before the launch of Curlfriend Coins in April 2023.

Customers may redeem their Curl Coins in exchange for selected goods or services provided on Rewards page. We reserve the right to select and/or change what is eligible for (a) coins to be awarded; (b) coin redemption on products and/or services provided on our site.

The rewards available and the number of coins required to redeem rewards may vary from time to time and are subject to change at our discretion. Customers may redeem their coins at any time by logging into their account on the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate the Reward Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding points will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for rewards unless otherwise stated.
