Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our curl-first beauty brand, someone who genuinely understands curly hair culture, loves content creation, and is comfortable showing up on camera.

This is a hybrid role open to candidates based in Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison (WI), or the surrounding areas.

You’ll support:

  • Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, BTS)• Influencer & UGC coordination
  • Community engagement
  • Day-to-day social publishing

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Understand the real pain points of curly haircare
  • Love engaging with creators and community
  • Are confident filming on camera
  • Thrive in a fast-moving e-commerce environment

💰 Compensation starts at $3,000/month, based on experience and scope.

Freelance Graphic Designer (Intermediate)

We’re looking to collaborate with a conversion-minded Graphic Designer to support paid ads, launches, and marketing campaigns at Curlfriend Collective.

If you believe pretty is table stakes and design with performance, hooks, and conversion in mind, this might be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience designing for Meta ads (static + motion)
  • Strong understanding of what stops the scroll & drives action
  • Background in beauty, hair, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Comfortable working fast in an e-commerce, launch-heavy environment
  • Bonus if you can support light motion or video
