Care Instructions

When you feel your silk accessories needs a bath, hand wash them separately, in cold water, in a large bowl, and then hang or lay flat on a towel to dry. Ensure that you wash them individually for no longer than 30 minutes to prevent any staining and bleeding of colors especially the first time. A gentle detergent is highly recommended to prevent bleeding of the dyed silk; we do not recommend use of regular laundry detergents or soaps.

Amazing scrunchies and even better customer service!

These scrunchies are heavy duty! I have a LOT of hair. Layered, High density, everything between 2a and 3b and Not fine. but not coarse either,just average Anyway, usually when I put my hair in a bun or ponytail (happens a lot when I study, or just because of the heat over here) the scrunchie that I use just snaps. Or the bun simply slips to the back of my head in no time, and I lose a lot of definition. my curl pattern is on the loose side so I lose definition really easily. And I got sick and tired of spending money on scruchies that break off right from the jump. But it's not the case with these scrunchies! No slippp No definition lost And no headache for me! I really love these now. But, the cherry on the top is CC's customer care. Im a uni student, currently based in the middle east. And at first, my scrunchies got lost in transit. So because I'm a broke student i got upset. and wasn't sure about what will happen next. I reached out to customer service, and they went ahead and re shipped them to me. No fuss at all And the team was so patientttt with all of my nagging emails later. So thanks a lot CC. Me and my hair really appreciate you guys❤
